SNPCheck Update

An updated SNPCheck is available as of 20th May using dbSNP build 130, introducing 3,533,618 new RefSNP clusters, bringing the total number up to 17,804,034. It is therefore recommended that users re-check their primers.

The development of SNPCheck v2 has been delayed from the schedule which was originally intended. However, an early release of SNPCheck v2 is launched for testing purposes only in order to get user feedback whilst development is ongoing. The details of how to access it will be published on the main SNPCheck site. The production version is still SNPCheck v1, which should still be used to check your primers. An incremental set of releases (on a roughly weekly basis) is planned thereafter. These incremental releases will add further features to SNPCheck in order to meet the user requirements which were gathered through our earlier requirements survey.
